Services for Adults

We work with adults who have sustained an acquired brain injury (ABI) or stroke (CVA). We also work with adults with voice difficulties (nodules, muscle tension dysphonia), and irritable larynx syndrome (chronic throat clearing, chronic cough & paradoxical vocal fold motion). In addition, we provide services to people who have neurodegenerative diseases (such as ALS, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and Alzheimer’s Disease), changes in speech and swallowing due to cancer, and adults with developmental disabilities.

We have experience in developing and implementing communication systems such as PECS, picture boards and iPad applications. We are also Assistive Devices Program (ADP) authorized
